Our parcels travelled 3 million kilometres in 2024

In 2024, we reached a major milestone with over 3 million kilometres covered by our delivery solutions. This is an increase on the previous year, when our parcels travelled a total of one million kilometres. This leap forward reflects the growing confidence our customers place in our secure and intelligent delivery packaging.

Thanks to our connected products, we have been able to accurately track and analyse the distances covered. The average distance of a shipment this year was 304 kilometres.

Our solutions have crossed borders, reaching 9 countries on four continents: Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Among the many companies that have placed their trust in LivingPackets for their shipments, some of the biggest brands, such as Louis Vuitton and SFR, have chosen our packaging to guarantee long-lasting, risk-free delivery.

Sustainable delivery: zero loss, zero waste

One of the most significant achievements of 2024 was reaching a remarkable 0% damage and loss rate on all our shipments. This means that not a single parcel was damaged or lost when it contained high-value items. This result perfectly illustrates the robustness and security offered by our delivery solutions.

Finally, one of our solutions particularly outperformed in 2024, with a total of 79 shipments. This performance highlights not only the effectiveness but also the positive environmental impact of our reusable products. Every use of our solutions helps to reduce the waste associated with disposable packaging and to minimise the carbon footprint of deliveries.

The distance covered by our BOXes has multiplied by 3 in one year. We're very proud of this development, and our ambition is to maintain this trend in 2025.
